This is a HDR image of the Golden Gate Bridge, which was then converted to Black and White and textures were added on top of that.

This was taken on the drive up to Fort Point, which can be seen at the lower left hand corner of the picture. This is an old fort which is interesting to take a tour of, plus it offers fantastic views under the bridge, in some cases so close you feel like you could touch the bridge.

The Fantastic Golden Gate Bridge

Sorry for not posting in awhile, a lot has been going on and our computer crapped out, but we have it back now so hopefully things will settle down so we can post more.

This is a HDR image of the Golden Gate Bridge shot from the Marin Headlines. We had to go pick up someone at the airport so we had some time to kill so we stopped by here to grab some shots. The night was fantastic, not cold, clear and the water was very calm, all making for great conditions to shoot. If you ever get a chance be sure to stop by here, you will love the views of the bridge and the city.

The Icon

Probably one of the most recognizable landmarks in San Francisco, the Golden Gate Bridge. This is a 3 shot HDR image of the bridge.

The HDR really brought out the red in the bridge, when you are there you really see this kind of a red on the bridge. When you see the bridge in person it is really something, and you can get super close to the bridge as well. Fort Point is right under the bridge on the San Francisco side. On the top level of the fort you really feel like you can reach out and touch the bottom of the bridge.
